Shipping & Returns

All USPS shipped orders are processed immediately.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our store. If you have received the merchandise, you can simply return it by mail. Please contact us for a free return mail label. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

Standard Shipping (free for purchases of $25 or more before taxes shipped to U.S. addresses only):
Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 4-7 days after receipt of your payment. USPS Priority Mail shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days. Pricing is based on total weight. International orders are shipped by USPS Global Priority Mail.

Free Standard Shipping on purchases of $25 or more is valid in catalog and online only. Free shipping offer does not apply to book orders. Your order will usually arrive in 3-4 business days. Offer based on merchandise total and does not include taxes or any additional charges. Offer not valid on international orders. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping and multiple shipping destinations.

Special Locations: Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver.
